Still three more months of unhelathy eating

Goals for the week of May 23rd
Drink all my water each day..
Walk the boys to school and ride my bike back Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Go to the gym each day and work my hardest.
Try to go 20 miles wether it be walking, jogging, or eliptical.
